User agreement
This User Agreement is a contract between you and Teenwag internet property. Our main business is to provide you with a fun place where you can chat and do most other things that myspace have.This Agreement describes your and our rights and responsibilities when you use the Teenwag services. For additional information about the Service and how it works, please contact the admins Teen, Boyle111, Parris and Shadow. As Teenwag is constantly evolving and we are adding additional features and benefits from time to time, it is necessary for us to be able to amend the Agreement and policies to reflect these changes. We may amend this Agreement and policies at any time by posting the amended terms on our site. Upcoming changes will be posted on the many members profiles especially Teen's profile.
1.0 Eligibility. In order to use the Service, you must register for a account in order to receive full benifeits of the site and to be able to make a profile. Our service is eligble for persons of any age and our services are also free with no charge at all.
2.0 Liability for Violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. If you engage in the following behaviour, Teenwag may ban you, as explained below.
1. Using the Teenwag service to post any sexually oriented or obscene materials.
2. Using the Teenwag service to verbally abuse any member of the community by posting inapproiate comments and messaging inapproiate messages.
You and Teenwag agree that the damages that Teenwag will sustain as a result of the behavior outlined above will be substantial, including (without limitation) warnings and eventually bannings if you ingore the warnings.
3.0 Fees. There are no fees in this service and everything is free.
4.0 Sending Complaints. In order to keep this site safe we encourage you to send in complaints of people being disrespectful and begging people for phone numbers of which we encourage you not to give out for your own safety.
5.0 Your Information and Restricted Activities
5.1 Definition. "Your Information" is defined as any information you provide to us or other users in the registration, or other features of our Service. Except in so far as is required by data protection legislation, you are solely responsible for Your Information. You authorise us, directly or through third parties, to make any inquiries we consider necessary to validate your registration. This may include verifying the information you provide against third party databases. However, we cannot and do not make any representation relating to any user's identity or the performance of their personal information with you.
5.2 Prohibited and Restricted Activities. If you use, or attempt to use, the Service for purposes other than making friends and having a profile, including but not limited to tampering, hacking, modifying or otherwise corrupting the security or functionality of Service, your account will be terminated and you will be subject to damages and other penalties, including criminal prosecution where available.
5.3 Closing Accounts and Limitation of Account Access. We hope that we do not need to close any members acount and that everyone behavious themselves however if they dont we will ban them and will only delete someones account if they request it. Also please note that we will delete any inapproiate pictures or comments.
5.4 Passwords. You may not reveal your account password(s) to anyone else, nor may you use anyone else's password. We are not responsible for losses incurred by you including, without limitation, the use of your account by any person other than you, arising as the result of misuse of passwords.
6.0 Access and Interference. You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our web pages or the content contained here in without our prior permission. You agree that you will not interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of our site or any activities conducted on our site. Much of the information on our site is proprietary or is licensed to us by our users. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, communicate to the public, alter, modify, create derivative works, publicly display or frame any content (except for Your Information) from our website without our prior permission.
7.0 Privacy and Security. We view protection of users' privacy as a very important principle. We understand clearly that protecting Your Information is our most important responsibility.
8.0 Personal Information. You do not have to enter alot of person stuff because all we need is your username, first and last name and blurb however everyhthing else is optinal but your email address needs to be correct but if it isnt a real email address then we will conatct you through a message on teenwag.
